"ItM University-Gwalior" was established through an Act of the State Legislature of Madhya Pradesh and has received official notification in the State Government's Gazette (extraordinary) after obtaining the assent of His Excellency, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, who serves as the Visitor of ITM University. "ITM University-Gwalior" is sponsored by Samata Lok Sansthan, a registered charitable Trust. The Trust has a successful track record of operating various institutions in the fields of Engineering Technology, Life Sciences, Computer Applications, Management, Nursing, and Education for the past 15 years, consistently achieving top rankings in the state and the region. The flagship institutions under the ITM Group of Institutions, known as 'ITM Universe,' include the Institute of Technology & Management (ITM) and the Institute of Allied Science and Computer Applications (IASCA) in Gwalior, which are NBA and NAAC accredited, respectively.
