ITM Vocational University, Gujarat, is an integral part of the ITM Group of Institutions based in Mumbai, which was established in 1991 and has campuses in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Vishakhapatnam, Warangal, Nagpur, with upcoming campuses in Noida and Vadodara.
In March 2014, ITM Vocational University received approval from the Government of Gujarat to be recognized as a Private University. Notably, it holds the distinction of being India's first truly Vocational University. The University seamlessly combines General Education and Vocational Education streams in higher education, with both streams offering programs designed to ensure employability, professional qualifications, and international recognition.
